Day 2
Key Club is now selling candy canes for Christmas, for only
$ .50! All of the profit goes to help children and families in need of water.
Are
you taking the Algebra 2/Trig Regents in January? Come to the review sessions
after school Mondays in H-214, Ms. Sheridan’s room.
The
IHS Brain Team is hosting its Trivia Night tonight from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the
IHS cafeteria. Bring a team of up to 5 people or come individually for a fun
night of pizza, prizes, and trivia. Admission is $10.00 and dinner is included.
See Mr. Kirk in G-102 for details and tickets. Hope to see you there!
Attention all ski club members: Your attendance is requested
at the annual ski club meeting today from 3:45 – 4:30 in York Lecture Hall.
Important information will be shared about the first week’s trip and
logistics. Attendance will be taken, and prizes will be awarded for those
present.
If
you have not picked up your school pictures, you can get them at your AP’s
office.
Attention seniors! If you have ordered a senior t-shirt but not
received it yet, please stop by Mr. Mellander's office in Activities to pick it
up. All senior merchandise is sold there.

period today, in the cafeteria, Model UN will be selling candy cane grams.
Candy canes by themselves will be $ .50 while candy grams to be delivered to
classrooms on Friday will be $1.00. Today will be the last day to place your
order.
The
opportunity to have an impact on the educations and futures of over 5,000 South
African children’s lives hasn’t passed. You can still bring in your school
supplies and put them in collection boxes for the rest of the week. Pencil
Project boxes can be found in K1, D7, G115, the main office and the library. Be
part of the change.
There
is still time to bring cans for the food drive. Bring them to the main office,
library, H-Courtyard, or the cafeteria.
The

Zoology
Club meets today in H-101, after school.

Sci-Fi and Fantasy Club meets after school today in H-Courtyard.

will be no African-Latino Club meeting today. We’ll meet again after the
holiday break.

Badminton Club meets today after school in the big gym.

If you receive free or reduced lunch and would like a free cap and gown, please
go to B-10 in Activities and pick up a form. The deadline for the free caps and
gowns is January 3.
