Day 2

Hi seniors, Casino Night is tonight from 7-10 in the cafeteria. You need a lanyard and agreement of responsibility. Also, there will be a bowling night on March 21. You also need a lanyard and agreement of responsibility. See you there.

This is a student-run event, and the planning committee encourages their peers to attend presentations during their free periods. Be on the lookout for schedules in the halls and your classrooms. Day 1

Seniors: The Cayuga Medical Center Foundation Scholarship is a merit-based award designed to provide financial support to graduating seniors intending to continue their education in pursuit of a health center career.

Social Justice Week is March 13th-16th this year, with presentations Tuesday through Friday, 1st through 8th period, on topics such as the environment, LGTBQ issues, and human rights. This is a student-run event, and the planning committee encourages their peers to attend presentations during their free periods. Be on the lookout for schedules in the halls and your classrooms. Teachers must sign-up via email to secure a spot at presentations for their classes.

Results to the AMC are posted outside the math office.  Make sure you know your student ID number.  You can also ask your math teacher for results.

Reminder: The 10^th grade BOCES visitation day field trip is tomorrow, March 8. Students should meet the bus in the Lake Street parking lot at 8:45 a.m.

Day 5

Seniors: The Cayuga Medical Center Foundation Scholarship is a merit-based award designed to provide financial support to graduating seniors intending to continue their education in pursuit of a health center career.

Due to Friday's snow day, the IHS Choir's "Around the Clock" concert will now take place tonight at 7:30 pm. This family-friendly and FREE concert will take you on a 24-hour musical journey (though it will be over in less than 90 minutes!) with songs, skits and performances about night and day. We’d love to see you there!

Due to the Snow Day, the 2018 Cabaret auditions from Friday are rescheduled for today at 3:45 in A-143. Solo and group performances and talents of all types are welcome to audition! Cabaret will take place next Friday March 16th at 7pm in the cafeteria. Tickets go on sale during lunch next week!

Baking Club meets after school today in G-106.

Math Club meets after school today in Room H-211 with Mr. Deppe. Food and drinks will be provided.

Beauty of Color Club meets in F-4 after school today. Food will be provided.

Yearbook Club meets after school today in Library Lab 1.

Day 4

Attention all students.  This year's new musical is Hairspray.  Please come out and audition for this exciting production. There will be an audition workshop today for anyone who has never auditioned before.  We hope to see a lot of new faces.  If you have any questions stop over to Kulp and see Mr. Brown in A132 across from the Black Box.

New Visions is accepting applications for the Medical Sciences, Engineering, and Life Sciences Programs! Spend your senior year at Cornell University or Cayuga Medical Center exploring the exciting world of Engineering, Medical Science, Veterinary Medicine or Scientific Research. Successful applicants will find opportunities to prepare for college, shadow professionals, and conduct research in laboratories on the Cornell University campus. Each program has an open house this week.  For more information see your high school counselor today!

Undivided will be meeting after school today in K-102. There will be food.

Green Team meets in H-104 after school today.

The Sexuality and Gender Alliance meets after school today in G-201. Everyone is welcome and there will be food.

This family-friendly and FREE concert will take the audience on a 24-hour musical journey (though it will be over in less than 90 minutes!) with songs, skits and performances about night and day. The "Around the Clock" concert is this Friday, March 2nd, at 7:30 in Kulp Auditorium - hope to see you there!
