Day 3

 

Tiddlywinks Club is starting up again this week! Come to H-213 after school Wednesday and learn how to squop, gromp, piddle and boondock! Experience the joy of potting out. Mr. Drix is a former world champion and we will have tournaments this year. Newcomers welcome, and the returning members will teach you the game. Skill, luck, and strategy combine to make this a super fun game.

Attention students: If you love art, you’re invited to join the IHS Art Club. It starts meeting this Wednesday at 3:45 in Room D-7. Hope to see you there!

Today’s the day to get involved in the community! Key Club, the volunteering club, meets today in H-206 after school with food and activities!

The Sexuality and Gender Alliance meets today, after school, in G-201. There will be food.

Chem Club meets after school today in Mr. Slattery’s room.

Auditions for the dramatic thriller Stage Fright are today from 6:30 to 8:30 in the Black Box Theatre. Be part of this thrilling production! Sign up on the drama bulletin board outside of the Black Box Theatre. See Mrs. Tino for information and questions.

IHS book club will have its first meeting of the year on Thursday, September 22nd in G-213, Mrs. Mellander's room.  All are welcome!

The first fashion club meeting will be today, after school in room D-7.

Students going on the Morocco Trip will meet in H-Courtyard after school on Wednesday, September 21st. Please plan to be there!

Hey everyone, smash club starts today in H-109 (Mr. Lesser's room) and anyone wanting to hang out and just play around after a hard school day is welcome to sign up. Controllers and console will be provided but feel free to bring in your own controllers. Hope to see you there!

 

If you're interested in graphic design, writing for local newspapers, technology, or passionate about anything at all, there's something for you to love at Code Red Robotics. Come to our no-pressure, no-commitment meeting today to watch our robot and decide if you're interested in the team. If you think you want to join, our formal new member meeting will be next Tuesday the 27th.

 

All students who signed up as new writers at the Tattler Writers' Meeting this past Tuesday, please report to the main office.

 

Seniors: There will be a College Essay Writing Workshop on Wednesday, September 28 in F-36. One period sessions will be available during lunch periods 3-6. Space is limited, so see Ms. Sullivan in the main office to sign up.
