Day 3
Ski club forms for the
2017-2018 season are in G-116! Scholarships are available and early
registration has been moved to November 3rd, 2017. Please sign up asap!
All members are eligible to be in the drawing for a free $50 gift card to Greek
Peak.
With the ever growing need for
the resettlement of refugees, it has never been more important for Ithaca to be
a welcoming host community. Help the cause by joining IHS Welcomes Refugees,
which is meeting today in G-204.
Math Club will meet after school
today in Room H-211 with Mr. Deppe. We have all sorts of fun math problems and
competitions for all grades and levels. Food and drinks will be provided.
Beauty of Color Club meets today
in F-4. Food will be provided.
Yearbook Club will meet in Library
Lab 1 after school today.
African-Latino Club members:
Please turn in all field trip forms for the college tour scheduled for
Saturday, November 11th by this Wednesday. Forms should be turned in
to the Main Office.
There will be a fan bus to the
girls’ varsity soccer game today. The bus will leave IHS at 5:45 and return at
approximately 10:00. The cost will be $6 and students will need to be picked up
from IHS promptly. Sign up in the Athletic Office in Q Building. There will
also be a fan bus to the boys’ soccer game on Saturday. Go Little Red!

James Harrison was a man in Australia who was able to save over 2
million babies by donating his rare blood! This could be you if you participate
in Key Club’s blood drive on November 1st
with the Red Cross. You can sign up to donate in the Cafeteria during all lunch
periods this upcoming Thursday, Monday,
and Tuesday. You must be 16
with a signed parent consent form from the office, or 17 and up. It will only
take 15 minutes to save a life!
