in community and global issues such as poverty, sexism, and the AIDS epidemic.
Remember: Social Justice Week starts on Monday!

room! See you there!

Story this Saturday! There will be jazz music, desserts, non-alcoholic drinks,

history of feminism.” Her Story is this Saturday, 7 p.m., at St. Paul’s
Methodist Church. All proceeds go to the Advocacy Center. See you there!

for a way to calm down or reduce the amount of stress in your life? Stop by the
HUB on Friday during periods 3-6 for some strategies and support.

Attention: Want to congratulate a
senior on completing high school? What better way to do so than publishing a
senior ad in the Tattler! The Tattler is now accepting senior ads of various
sizes for its June issue. For more information, contact ads@ihstattler.com as soon as possible.
Juniors interested in being considered
for the National Honor Society must complete an application by Friday, May 30.
NHS applications are now available in the main office. Late applications will
not be considered.
Freshmen! Do you want to commemorate
the challenges that you bravely faced this year? Well, there’s no better way to
do that than getting your own student-designed Class of 2017 t-shirt. Developed
by our fashionista Sandra Stromswold, this trendy shirt can be purchased during
lunch, or by contacting any of your class officers: James Yoon, Mrinal Thomas, Ruth Silcoff or Emma Karnes.
The Bonus Poetry Slam will take place
June 3, after school, in the Black Box! Come one, come all!
Congratulations to the new Link Leaders! We look forward to
seeing you at May Day today at 3:45 in the New Gym. Please be sure to bring
