B Day
Seniors!
Don't forget to sell your donuts! Remember, you earn a free senior prom ticket
when you sell 20 boxes. The top seller will also earn a basket of gift cards
from local businesses. Every sale made goes towards making YOUR prom and trip
costs more affordable. In order to avoid sky-high prices, EVERYONE needs to
sell. A dozen donuts costs $8 and order forms can be found in your government
and econ classes and outside of Mr. Mellander's office. Remember to collect
order payments before you turn in your forms on Friday, December 13th to either
Mr. Mellander or the Krispy Kreme table in the Cafeteria.
What's
up IHS? Do you have old shoes that you no longer wear? Donate them to the
junior class. You can place them in boxes in classrooms around the school. All
shoes will go to those in need. Thank you in advance for helping us!
Youth
Activation Committee is having a pancake breakfast fundraiser on December 15,
2019 at Moose Lodge. Ask any Y.A.C. member for tickets. They're only 7
dollars!! Also, Youth Activation Committee is having a meeting today right
after school.
Hey
IHS, come to G208 after school tomorrow to hear Zachary Shulman speak about
venture capital and investing. Learn about how a venture fund works from a
managing partner of the wildly successful Cayuga Venture Fund. If you have any
questions regarding the event you can ask Yann Sylvester or Liam Cooper. We
look forward to seeing you there.
Don't
miss the student directed one act plays this weekend! Performances are Friday
at 4:30 and again at 7, and Saturday at 7, all in the Black Box Theater. A $5
donation is requested, but pay what you can!
Key
Club is currently hosting a Coloring book and Crayola Crayon Drive that will
continue up until December 20th. Donations can be dropped off at the designated
box in the main office and they will be sent to the kids at Upstate Golisano
Children’s Hospital. To make sure the kids are safe and healthy, the hospital
asks that all donations be new, and that crayons be of the Crayola brand.
Brighten a child’s day by contributing to the Coloring book and Crayola Crayon
drive.
Attention
anyone who is interested in ski club - the bus seats are filling up very
fast! If you are interested, you must get your forms in asap.
Additionally, there will be a mandatory ski club meeting on December 19th -
plan accordingly. The location will be announced soon.
The IHS Tattler is accepting
