B Day

Attention Juniors!  Are you interested in the New Visions Program for the 2020-2021 school year?  If so, please attend one of the informational sessions during periods 2-7 in the Kulp Atrium today.  If you are unable to attend please ask your School Counselor for more information. 

Hey IHS, Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s not too late to buy a carnation for someone you care about! Stop by the cafeteria during your lunch periods today to buy a carnation for only 1 dollar! If you already ordered one for pick-up, make sure you grab your carnations in the cafeteria during lunch periods!

If you have been selected for the Unified Sports YAC Summit on February 25th you need to submit your medical and permission slips immediately.  You have received an email with these forms and additional copies are outside of E31.  Hand them into Mr Fellman today.

Seniors interested in pursuing a healthcare career are eligible for the Cayuga Medical Center Foundation Scholarship.  Applications can be picked up in J15.  The deadline is March 30th.

Orchestra Cabaret Night, "A Night in Paris," is coming up on Friday, March 6, and we need your talents to showcase! Audition slots will be available after school on Monday, February 24, and Tuesday, February 25 after school. Please sign up outside the orchestra room or email Mr. Fleischman for a time slot.

Attention Seniors: Please read your email from Mr. Noyes regarding senior awards and what’s required. Every year there is a ceremony to honor seniors who receive an award.  These awards are from IHS teachers, PTA, Academics, outside organizations, in the memory of loved ones, or in honor of an IHS graduating class. The application is in G116 or J15 and is due March 2^nd. Don't wait to get this done!

This is a reminder that if you are interested in signing up for a Spring Sport, you must do so online through Family ID. Family ID registration for JV & Varsity sports is now open and the season will be starting March 9th, 2020. The Family ID link will be located on the Athletic section of the Ithaca city school district website.
