A representative from NYU will be in the Main Office from 11:30 to 12:30 today meet with any students interested in attending.

Join Undivided for our first meeting TODAY after school in K102. We will be discussing how to stay strong in our faith throughout a busy school year. Everyone is welcome!

All returning members of the IHS Brain Team should come to G102 after school today for our first meeting of the year. We'll discuss the upcoming tournament schedule and play some Quizbowl!

Are you interested in writing for the school newspaper? Come to H-Courtyard after school tomorrow to learn how you can contribute to the IHS Tattler!

Seniors, make sure to get your Senior Lanyard in Mr. Mellander’s office before the end of the week! Prices will go up after Friday, so get it today and save! Lanyards are your admission ticket to senior events this year, so don’t wait!

Seniors wishing to apply for admission into the National Honor Society need to pick up applications in the main office or in Ms. Craig's office in K-21a. Applications are available from now until September 13. A 3.3 unweighted GPA is necessary. All completed applications are due SEPTEMBER 18 by 4:00 to either the main office or K-21a.

If you are an IHS student in any grade who is interested in doing the morning announcements, please see Mr. Mellander in H-122. You get to read important info, get experience in public speaking, and even play your own music! This is for the first period announcements only.

Would you like to help create the IHS Yearbook? The Annual is an award winning publication created each year by students. We are always looking for help and want to invite you to attend our first meeting of the year on Tuesday September 10th at 3:40 in Library Lab 1. Photographers, writers, designers, whether you have experience or not there is room for everyone and we will teach you what you need to be part of the fun. Hope to see you in the Library next Tuesday.

Is anyone up for a weekly math brain teaser?  Every Monday, starting today, you can stop by the bulletin board outside of H-201 and check out the Math Challenge of the Week.  Submit your answer in the box by each Friday and get your name on the Wall of Fame if you get it correct.  Each month, a prize winner will be chosen from all weekly Wall of Famers for that month.  Bring out your inner geek, and come check out the first problem any time this week!  Hope to see you outside of H-201 soon!
