B Day







Attention seniors! Remember that Jostens will be outside the Cafeteria during lunch periods today and tomorrow to take your cap and gown orders. If you are ordering a new set for yourself you won’t want to miss this opportunity. Use the order forms from the class meeting.

The Chromebook club will be meeting today after school in the library.

Students, the American Mathematics Competition will be held tomorrow during periods 1 and 2.  All students should report to York by the start of 1st period.  Please bring a pencil.

There will be a meeting for all students who are going on the Spain trip next year after school tomorrow in K18. If you are thinking of going and haven't signed up yet, you should attend this meeting because we will be going over the itinerary and fund-raising. Food will be served!!  The meeting should last 30-45 minutes.

Sophomores planning on attending the BOCES Career and Tech Field trip on March 8th must have their permission forms turned in to Mr. Barnes in the College and Career office by Thursday, February 28th.  Late forms will not be accepted.



Attention Sophomores who have signed up for the PSAT-10 exams!  The PSAT-10 practice books are now available in the College and Career Office.



The Latino Civic Association of Tompkins County is pleased to announce the CECILIA MONTANER-VARGAS AWARD, an opportunity for a Latina/o graduating high school senior in good academic standing, who demonstrates community service involvement.  The deadline for submission is May 1, 2019.

Students who completed Driver Education may now pick up their Driver Education Certificate in the Principal's office.



The IHS Math Department is offering a new course 'Math Principles of Robotics' next year. This course is 1 semester long and you will get a half credit upon completion. Use any math concept to program a Lego Mindstorm robot and see if it works. You will learn math, coding and computational thinking skills necessary for 21st century jobs. Talk to your school counselor for more information about this course.
