Attention Seniors:  The deadline for the Cayuga Medical Center Award is April 3rd.  If you are interested in a health career field, please pick this application up in the college and career center and return it by its deadline.

 

The National Honor Society's book drive for the Family Reading Partnership ends this week! If you have any new or lightly used children's books at home, please drop them off in any of the red bins in H-courtyard, Activities, the library, or the main office. Thanks, IHS!

 

Come to the IHS Brain Team's Spring Trivia Night on Thursday, March 30th from 6:00 to 8:30 in the cafeteria! Admission is $10 per person for dinner, music, and trivia. Come on your own or bring a team of up to 5 people. There will be prizes and fun will be had!

 

Interested African-American, Latino, or Latina seniors with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or above should apply for The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority scholarship in the college and career center. The deadline is April 7th.

Please support Habitat for Humanity by coming to their bake sale after school today.

The National French Contest Exam is being given today in K Building. Students have been given instructions by Mme Bowman. A list of students taking this exam has been e-mailed to all staff. No announcements will be made between periods 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8.



The spring fractal art show will have its opening 5th period today. All Fractal and Chaos alumni who are free 5th period are welcome to come by room G-102 for snacks and to vote on your favorite designs. If you can't make it, stop by G-102 some other time to pick up a ballot and cast your vote.

Attention Fractals & Chaos alumni! The spring fractal art show will have its opening during 5th period tomorrow. If you're free then, come by room G-102 for some snacks and to vote on your favorite designs. If you can't make it, stop by G-102 some other time to pick up a ballot and cast your vote!

Michael Kuhn, a first year PhD mechanical engineering student at Cornell, will be speaking today at Undivided's meeting after school in K-102.  Come for refreshments and fellowship.  All are welcome.

Remember this is Social Justice Week! Classes are encouraged to attend today and support the event, the planning committee, and the presenters that have been invited in to speak.

The Link Leader meeting for 1st period today has been cancelled.
 
Despite the snow days and delay, there will still be Social Justice Week presentations today all periods except 3rd, 7th and 1st. Classes are encouraged to attend today on a walk-in basis, and support the event, the planning committee, and the presenters that have been invited in to speak.
