Day 6
Today the Science Department will host our
first Conversations with a Scientist Talk in H-courtyard from 4:30 to 5:30. Come hear
Mason Peck, Associate Professor in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at
Cornell, discuss "Science Fiction to Science Fact," Professor Peck
will discuss exciting trends in space technology and a way that you can get
involved in a NASA project. Snacks provided!
The School Store is a great place to buy
Christmas presents and this week everything is on sale. Hoodies are only $20.00,
long-sleeve t-shirts eight dollars, and short sleeve t-shirts only $6.00.
The School Store is open from 11:30am to 12:30 pm each day in the cafeteria.

The mandatory ski club meeting is December 21st, Monday, in G116
at 3:40 pm.
Please show up if you joined ski club. If you are intending to join, all
medical forms need to be submitted before December 21st, too.
Juniors! The Junior Prom Committee is deciding
upon the prom venue Monday after
school, in G-204. Please come and make your voice heard!
Hey IHS! Craving a
little sweetness to get you through this week? Today after school, Kpop Dance
Club will be selling hot chocolate, cookies, and donuts outside of Activities!
Come enjoy some sweet treats before they’re all sold out.
Excited for winter
break? On Tuesday, December 22, Education for Tibet is having a bake sale
outside of the pool lobby, by the busses. Holiday treats, hot chocolate, and
hot apple cider will be selling! All proceeds will go to children in Tibet who
do not have access to education. Help make a difference!
Education for Tibet
Club meets in G-108 today. A fundraising club paired with Machik (Mah-Cheek)
organization, donates their funds to an ongoing project in rural Tibet which
includes the installment of buildings, libraries, and schools! Help make a
difference. Join Education for Tibet every other Thursday in G-108. Talk to
Seldoen Oshoe or Ms.Scholl in G-108 for questions.

hey, hey, IHS! There’s still time to support our Food Drive! One can or box
makes a difference. Let’s create a wonderful holiday season for everyone in our
local community.
Freshmen
and Sophomores: Looking forward to the Tailgate this Friday after school in the
small gym from 4-5:30? There’ll be food, clubs, and games! Plus, if you bring
in extra cans, you’ll get into the Boys’ Basketball game for free! Come
support your school. Tickets for the Tailgate are being sold during lunch
periods. Hope to see you there!

Production Club today in Ms. Benenati’s room, E-43 to discuss music and the art
