Attention
all freshmen: Have you ever wanted to design a t-shirt? Well, now’s your
chance! We are looking for a bright new t-shirt design. Submit your designs by Friday,
April 25 to G-202 Mr. Benjamin’s room. The best designs will get voted on the
following week.
Mother's Day is
approaching and you haven't purchased a gift yet… Get mom a great book from
Barnes & Noble. Purchase the book on April 26th at the Ithaca store
using the WISE Program voucher code available on our flyer! Also, while
there, swing over to the study area to see displays of WISE student projects
and sample some yummy cuisine!

period in York Lecture Hall.

Interested in getting machine shop trained at Cornell for FREE? Cornell Society
of Women engineers and ASME are cohosting a series of machine shop training
sessions. Apply today! For more details, see Mr. Krywe or the IHS
representatives Katie
Henderson, Molly Swartwout, Abby Cooper and Pooja Reddy.
Attention ALL students: interested in running for Student Council
officer, Representative to the Board of Education, or class officer for the
2014-2015 school year? You MUST attend a MANDATORY elections meeting on Tuesday,
May 13th at 3:45 in H-Courtyard. If you are not at the meeting, you will not be
on the ballot during elections. See Mr. Mellander in Activities if you have any
questions.
Do you want a better understanding of possible career options after
high school? Do you want to get a head start on the college application or job
search process? The school counselors are doing a career exploration and resume
writing activity periods 3-6 on Friday, April 25th in room #16 in
the library. All students are welcome.

Are you interested in a career in Real Estate? Students from Cornell’s Real
Estate Club will be here Monday, April 28 periods 4 and 5 to talk about the
Real Estate program at Cornell and opportunities in the Real Estate Industry.
