If you have lost something this year, please check the Lost and Found table in the Activities Building. Items that are not claimed will be donated today.

 

Hey Freshman!  Do you need help with midterms? Come to Cocoa and Cram on Thursday, January 19 from 4 to 6 pm in the Cafeteria to get help from the upperclassmen! We will also have delicious treats and hot chocolate for all who come! We hope to see you there!

 

If you love creative writing, or are a writer yourself, come to Young Writers Night tonight at Sacred Root Kava Bar for an open mic and poetry slam. All are welcome. 

 

Hey IHS! Today is the last day of the Junior Class Donut Sale! Please go to Activities after school today if you want to buy a box of donuts for $10. Donuts will be delivered on Friday, January 20.

 

Hey IHS, the Super Smash Brothers Club will be hosting their annual Smash Bros. Tournament on Friday January 20^th after school.  Come compete in both our Smash 4 and Melee tournaments.  For a $5 fee you will get admission, food, drinks, and prizes for the winners.  We will be in H-courtyard starting at 4:00 on January 20th.

 

Students who are interested in languages and computers and math are invited to check out the Information Session next Tuesday (Jan. 17th) after school in room K 17, when two professors from the Cornell Linguistics Department will visit IHS to talk about the upcoming Linguistics Olympiad.  This is an international competition for students who try to decipher an ancient script or figure out the logical pattern of a language they've never studied.  Come check out the language puzzles, next Tuesday at 3:45 in K 17.
