Day 1

The Latino Civic Association of Tompkins County is pleased to announce the CECILIA MONTANER-VARGAS AWARD, an opportunity for a Latina/o graduating high school senior to be awarded a scholarship totaling $800. The deadline for submission is May 1.  Please see Mrs. Powers for an award application.

Seniors: The Cayuga Medical Center Foundation Scholarship is a merit-based award designed to provide financial support to graduating seniors intending to continue their education in pursuit of a health center career. See Mr. Noyes for more information.

The Finger Lakes Runners Club scholarship is now available and offers two $1,000 scholarships to be awarded to two high school seniors who participated in their school’s cross-country and/or track &field teams. See Mr. Noyes for more information.

Hey IHS do you need plans for tonight? Come to Cabaret Night and see the talents of IHS students and staff! Featured performers include Devon Finlay, Hannah Logue, Ash Hern, and the “Faculty Freeloaders”. Tickets will be available in the cafeteria all week, and at the door for 5 dollars each. We hope to see you there for an intergalactic extravaganza.

Hi seniors, bowling night is going to be next Wednesday, March 21 from 7-9 at Bowl-O-Drome. You need a lanyard and Agreement of Responsibility to go. Hope to see you there!

Cornell's Dance Team, the Big Red Dance Squad is hosting a College Dance Team Prep and Technique Clinic on Saturday, March 24th from 1-3 at Cornell for high school dancers. The cost is $25. E-mail DanceTeamCornell@gmail.com to register.
