Day 5

Attention IHS! Winter Formal tickets are on sale. Prices for today are $20 and $10 for free/reduced lunch students. Everyone needs to sign a new dance contract which can be picked up in the main office, in the cafeteria during all lunch periods, or on the high school website.

Cabaret Night 2014 is just around the corner! Auditions will be held after school today and tomorrow. Sign up for an audition time in the main office. See Ms. Hecht in the orchestra room for details!

Have you ever been curious about what it’s like to build a robot? Have you ever wondered what goes on in that mysterious E hallway from 5 to 9 every night? Come to the IHS Technology and Engineering Department Open House hosted by Code Red Robotics on Saturday, February 8^th from 2:00 to 4:00 and you’ll be able to experience a Code Red build session as well as explore the activities of other technology affiliated groups!

Attention 10^th graders: representatives from the BOCES Career & Tec Program will be in the cafeteria during lunch periods today to talk about the many classes you can take in your junior and senior years at Career and Tech. Please stop by their table to learn more about the career opportunities available by taking a class at Career and Tec.

Seniors: There will be a FAFSA workshop on Monday, February 10 at 6:30 in the library computer labs. Parents, guardians and seniors can receive assistance by Financial Aid Officers from Cornell University and Ithaca College in completing the FAFSA. Please sign up in the College and Career Office.

It is senior night for the Boys Varsity Hockey team this Friday, Feb 7th at 7:15pm at the Rink in Lansing when they play McQuaid.

African-Latino Club meets today at 3:40 in Room D-5. See you there!
