Day 6

Auditions for the student directed one-acts are Tuesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 6 at 4:30 in the Black Box Theatre. All are welcome. No experience required.

To all those interested in purchasing a yearbook, if you purchase it before Thanksgiving break the price will be $60, but if you purchase it after, it will be $65. Be sure to get your yearbook before the price goes up.

Did you enjoy Legally Blonde last year? Do you want to get in on the action? Auditions for this year's musical Catch Me If You Can are coming up soon. Based on the 2002 movie starring Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio, with exciting music by the composer who wrote Hairspray, Catch Me If You Can is a biographical crime drama based on the life of Frank Abagnale,

who, before his 19th birthday, successfully performed cons worth millions of dollars by posing as a Pan American pilot, a Georgia doctor, and a Louisiana prosecutor. If you are interested in auditioning, bring a parent or guardian to one of two informational meetings on either Wednesday November 12th or Thursday November 13th from 7:00-8:30 in the chorus room in “A” building. Check out the flyers around school for more details. We are always looking for new talent, so even if you've never been on stage before, come check it out!

The Red Cross Club will be hosting its first blood drive of the year on Thursday, November 6 from 8:30 to 1:30 in Activities. Please sign up in the cafeteria periods 3-6 to donate.

Hey, hey, hey Freshmen. Need some help with papers or tests before the end of the quarter? Come get help from your Link Leaders on Thursday, Nov. 6 from 3:45-4:30 in the library. There will be snacks!

The Math Team meets after school today with Mr. Deppe in Room H-211.

There will be a yearbook meeting after school today in F-16.

A college rep from SUNY Oswego will be visiting IHS tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. If you’d like to meet with this rep, please go to the College and Career office for a pass.
