Join African-Latino Club this Friday
in the Blackbox Theater for our Movie Night fundraiser! We will be showing
“Lottery Ticket”. Movie tickets will be
on sale in the cafeteria and library during lunch periods for $3.
To all those interested in
purchasing a yearbook, if you purchase it before Thanksgiving break the price
will be $60, but if you purchase it after, it will be $65. Be sure to get your
yearbook before the price goes up.
If you are interested in auditioning
for this year’s musical, bring a parent or guardian to the last of two
informational meetings tonight from 7:00-8:30 in the chorus room in “A”
building. Check out the flyers around school for more details. We are always
looking for new talent, so even if you've never been on stage before, come
check it out!
There is a mandatory meeting today for all students
attending the Harlem College Fair field trip this Saturday. Come to room D-5 today
@3:40. You must attend if going on the trip.
The Brain Team is hosting their fourth annual fall trivia night from 6
to 8:30 in the cafeteria on Tuesday, November 18th. Bring a
team of up to five people for a fun night of trivia, music, and prizes.
Tickets are $10 per person and include dinner! See your local Brain Team member
or Mr. Kirk in room G102 for tickets and details, or just show up at the
cafeteria on Tuesday night. For pizza! For glory! For
trivia!!!!
Fashion club members
should be bringing in their accessories made form unconventional materials to
Ms. Cacioppo's D-7 class. Members will need the accessories for today's club
meeting.
Come support the IHS Science
Olympiad Team this Sunday, November 16, between 10 and 5 at Barnes and Noble. A
portion of the proceeds will be given to Science Olympiad, so come out and buy
some books!
If you’d like to ride
the boys’ soccer free fan bus this Saturday, please sign-up in the main office.
You must sign up by Friday at noon to get a spot. First come, first serve.
Admission to the game is $8.
Improv Club meets after
school today in H-217. There will be food!
TV club will be premiering “School Night” on Thursday after school
in H Courtyard. Be the first ones to check this out before it airs on TV.
