Day 1

 

The following college reps will be visiting IHS today:

 If you’d like to meet with one of these reps, please see Ms. Sullivan in the College and Career Office.

Attention Juniors: Please stop by the main office to see Ms. Sullivan to sign up for the PSAT that will be given on Wednesday, October 11. There will be no charge to take the exam and you will receive a practice booklet and an informational sheet when you register. This exam is for Juniors only!

Our Financial Aid Night presentation will be taking place Monday, October 23^rd from 6-7:30 p.m. in York Lecture Hall. Our presenter will be Mrs. Barbie Bargher, Assistant Director in the Office of Student Financial Services from Ithaca College. We hope that this evening will help you and your parents understand the financial aid process as you continue to plan for the costs of higher education.

 

 

IHS's school newspaper, The Tattler, is hosting its writers' meeting today after school in H-courtyard. Join us to discuss article ideas and sign up to write for the November issue. All are welcome!

 

If you don't have any IHS apparel to wear be sure to stop at the School Store in the cafeteria between 11:30 and 12:30.  It's all stocked up for Spirit Week and still has a limited amount of three dollar Homecoming t-shirts available.

 

Math Club will meet after school today in Room H-211 with Mr. Deppe. We have all sorts of fun math problems and competitions for all grades and levels. Food and drinks will be provided.

 

Come join Beauty of Color! We meet after school today in F-4 and food will be provided.

 

Are you interested in how the school yearbook is made? To learn how, come to Library Lab 1 after school today. Everyone is welcome.
