If you were given a Sister Friends permission form, please return it to the Athletic Office today.

Reminder to all staff- March is Wellness month- please check Front-line for a list of offerings.

If you are interested in going on the trip to Spain next year, you need to sign up by March 15.  See Mrs. Miettunen in K18 for more information.

Hi IHS! It is time to turn in your Athletics punch cards. If you have a punch card please drop it off at the main office; there will be a box that says “punch cards” on it. Make sure your name and season and written on it. We are collecting all of the cards, so please turn them in up until Friday March 14th so you are eligible to receive prizes honoring your attendance to games.  

If you are interested in playing on the Unified Sports basketball team, please check your ICSD email and complete the included Interest Form.  This form needs to be completed by Thursday, March 28th.  Please see Ms. Valletta if you have any questions.

The Latino Civic Association of Tompkins County is pleased to announce the CECILIA MONTANER-VARGAS AWARD, an opportunity for a Latina/o graduating high school senior in good academic standing, who demonstrates community service involvement.  The deadline for submission is May 1.
