Have you ever felt uneasy walking home on a dark night?  Have you ever been cornered and bullied? Undivided has invited Gregg Schader of Sacred Warrior Martial Arts to teach some self-defense karate moves.  So come to Undivided in K-102 today right after school.  Pizza will be available for the early birds!

Juniors, please see Ms. Sullivan in the main office to sign up for the PSAT. The test will be given on Wednesday, October 19, and is free for all juniors.

A college rep from SUNY Oneonta will be visiting IHS today at 10:37. Please see Ms. Sullivan in the main office for a pass if you’d like to visit with this rep.

Hey Class of 2018! Do you want a chance to design our class t shirt? If so, submit your design for the shirt by September 30th in the main office! Make sure it says the words "IHS Class of 2018". The winner will receive gift cards to Purity, Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks, as well as a free shirt!

K POP Club will be having its first meeting today, after school, in the dance studio. All are welcome.

Attention students interested in a school leadership position! There is one open position available as a Student Representative to the Board of Education. If you are interested in becoming a voice for IHS at School Board meetings, you must see Mr. Mellander in B-6 for information and paperwork or come to a meeting at 3:40 on Wednesday, Sept. 28 in Activities. Only students who come to the meeting or meet with Mr. Mellander before the meeting, are eligible to be on the ballot.
