Are you interested in the behind the scenes aspect of theatre? Lights, sound, scenery, props. Come Join Theatre Tech Club! We will have our first meeting today from 3:40-4:30 in the Black Box Theatre. Freshmen are welcome.

Juniors, please see Ms. Sullivan in the Main Office to sign up for the PSAT. The test will be given on Wednesday, October 19 and is free for all juniors.

Hey IHS! Do you want to get involved in the community and eat free food while doing it? Then come to Key Club, the community service club in H-206 on Tuesday, September 20^th. Hope to see you then!

Check it out! You bet Djibouti you’re Ghana wanna Russia on over to the first meeting of IHS Model United Nations in F4 when you Finnish class Thursday. It’s not Cuba, but you’ll still be Havana good time. There’s Norway you’ll want to miss it. In case you get Hungary, there will be food: maybe some Turkey dipped in Greece? Anway, we hope to see you today in F4!

Attention seniors. If you are interested in applying to join the National Honor Society, you can get an application from Ms. Sullivan in the main office. The forms are due no later than Monday (the 19th) so if you're interested in NHS, don't delay.

Auditions for the dramatic thriller Stage Fright are Monday, September 19 from 4 to 6 and Tuesday, September 20 from 6:30 to 8:30 in the Black Box Theatre. Be part of this thrilling production! Sign up on the drama bulletin board outside of the Black Box Theatre. See Mrs. Tino for information and questions.

IHS book club will have its first meeting of the year on Thursday, September 22nd in G213, Mrs. Mellander's room.  All are welcome!

Interested in being a part of the school news program? Well, the TV Production Club is right for you. Whether it is working behind the scenes in the control room or letting your voice be heard on camera, we have a spot for you! We plan to produce a bi-weekly episode of the show. So come to our first meeting this Monday in F-41 at 3:40 with Mr. Shyne for more information.

Want to help IHS stay green? Come join Green Team on Mondays after school in H-104. We have snacks and projects to keep our school environmentally friendly!

The first fashion club meeting will be Tuesday, Sept 20th after school in room D-7.

Want to get involved in social justices? Join the teen group in the community book read of the new Jim Crow. If interested come to the kickoff event at the Greenstar space on September 19th from 5:30-8:00 pm.
