For any students interested in trying out for JV or Varsity winter sports, you must be in good academic standing. Grades will be monitored and if a student has a 65 or below in two or more classes on November 8th, they will not be permitted to try out. If you need academic support, please speak to your teachers or school counselor.

The first meeting for the Social Justice Week planning committee will be this Thursday after school in the H-Courtyard conference room. If you are interested in planning Social Justice Week for 2020 please join us! Everyone is welcome, and we would love to have you!

On Thursday November 7th, the finance club will be hosting Roger Simpson, recently retired former chief engineer at Borg Warner. He will be covering the basics of investment, specifically goal oriented investing such as investing in companies working to fight climate change. It will be a great opportunity for students looking to learn how to become financially secure. The presentation will be held in G208, from 3:30 to 4:30. Yann Sylvester, Liam Cooper, Or Chris Biloski would be happy to answer any questions that students have about the event.
