Day 1 

Anyone interested in joining WIHS, our school’s club for morning announcements, should come to B-3 before school any day. Members read morning announcements and play their favorite, appropriate, music.

Attention to all who breathe! The Tattler, our beloved school newspaper, will be fabulously hosting a movie night – and yes, it is the 2004 classic “anchorman” staring well known hero Will Ferrell! So come on down to H-Courtyard tonight at 6 p.m. Pay $3 and watch it! Snacks will be for sale.

Are you interested in skiing or snowboarding this year and want a FREE winter ski jacket given to you by Greek Peak for being in ski club?  If so, IHS Ski Club is now offering discounted Greek Peak ski and board packages for lift tickets, season passes, and rentals. See Mr. Noyes in G-116 for any questions.  The early rate has been extended to October 13th!  

Attention freshmen! Are you interested in being a class officer? Whether you're sure you want to run or just thinking about it, come to a Class of 2017 leadership meeting on Thursday, Oct. 10 after school in Activities. It will be a short meeting, but in order to have your name on the election ballot, you MUST attend. If you are interested but absolutely cannot attend, you must see Mr. Mellander in Activities before Oct. 10. 

HEY IHS did you hear the news? This year’s yearbook will be in FULL COLOR, AND IT IS ON SALE NOW! Buy before October 17th and get a discount. We need your photos to make it the best it can be. Seniors get your portraits in by October 25th! See our Facebook page for all information about the 2014 ANNUAL.

Seniors! If you receive free or reduced lunch and would like to order a discounted yearbook, come to B-10 in Activities and pick up a form before Friday, October 18. Again, this is only for seniors.

The following college rep will be visiting IHS today: Princeton University at 12:15 p.m. Stop at the College and Career office if you’re interested in meeting with this rep.
