Day 6 

Come see the fall dramadey “Rumors” this weekend, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Black Box Theater! Tickets are $5 for students and $8 for everyone else, and will be available during lunch periods. It’s going to be great! 

The following college rep will be visiting IHS today: St. John Fisher at 9:45 a.m.  If you’d like to meet with this reps please go to the College and Career office.

SENIORS- Want help with your college essay? Today and Wednesday there will be college students available to help you polish your essay! Go to F-16 today from 12:30-3:30 or Wednesday, October 23rd from 11 – 3:30 and get help.
Poetry Slam! Yes – the library will have its fall Slam, Open Mic, in the library late November or early December – keep listening!
The math team meets after school today in Room H-211 with Mr. Deppe.
 Parents and students, are you thinking about college? Wondering what you need to do when?  Do you have questions about which tests to take, how to ask for recommendations, or where to go for information about colleges? Are you wondering about how to apply early decision and/or early action? Come to an informative session on Tips for Applying to College on Wednesday, October 23 at 6 p.m. in York Lecture Hall. Ms. Gublo, head of IHS College and Career services, will provide helpful information about applying to college and will answer your questions. 
Refreshments will be provided by the IHS PTA. Students and parents/guardians are all welcome - hope to see you there!
 
Seniors- If you have not already done so please stop to see your AP for your senior privilege forms. Also pick up a parking permit form in E-23 or the main office. The forms can only be turned in to E-23. Be sure to get a parking permit so you don’t get ticketed.

 Juniors- Your study periods allow you to go to Activities but you are not allowed to leave campus without a parent note or to be in the parking lot. Those are senior privileges.
