A Day
Seniors: representatives from
Cornell University Admission's Office will be presenting to seniors TODAY in
F-16 in the Library during the lunch periods about the do's and don'ts of
writing a great college essay! If you have a class during the lunch period, you
can get a pass from Ms. Sullivan in the College and Career Office.
Juniors
and seniors: The deadline for returning your permission slips for the TC-3
College Fair on Tuesday, October 16th is TODAY. Please pick up your permission slips in the
Main Office.
Come join African Latino
Club. We meet today and every Wednesday in D5 @3:45 pm!
Ski club forms for the
2018-2019 season are with Mr. Heurich in the library, Mr. Krywe and Mr, Breigle
in E-16, or Mr. Noyes. Stop by G116 to ask about our scholarship program.
Early registration expires October 15th.
Please sign up asap or else you will be missing the chance to win free
swag!
Seniors: Our financial
aid presentation will be held on Monday - October 15th - from 6:00 p.m. -
7:30 p.m. in York Lecture Hall. Our presenter, from Student Financial
services at Ithaca College will be providing financial aid information to
seniors and their families. Please do not miss out on this important event.

Attention
SENIORS: If you are a student-athlete who is signing a National Letter of
Intent to play Division 1, 2, 3 or Junior College athletics, please sign up for
the Fall Signing Ceremony. The sign up sheets can be found in the
Athletics Office, in G207, or in Student Services. The Fall 2018 signing
ceremony is Tuesday, November 27th. Please see Samantha Little or Stephanie
Valletta if you have any questions.
Staff: Please remember
that you are not allowed to park in the small lot (near ITA building) unless
you are in a designated spot with lines. Emergency vehicles need to have
access at all times. If you are parked
illegally, please move your car.
Chromebook Club is a
volunteer group assisting the IT department at IHS. This group of students
fixes the broken Chromebooks of other students. In the 3 years the club has
existed, the club has fixed 227 Chromebooks, and has already fixed 21 this
year. Stop by the library during any free period and talk to Ms Barr. No
experience required. Our first meeting will be Wednesday October 3rd after
school in the library.
