B Day

Tonight is the first varsity home football game against our biggest rival, Vestal. Come one, come all. We are having a "white out" for the game, so put on those white tee's and get there. Coach Welch and the team would greatly appreciate your attendance, game starts at 7pm.

Hi this is a message from your Strength and Conditioning staff.

Students who are interested in using the weight room this school year must attend a lift/safety orientation, which will be held after school in the weight room 3:30 to 4pm from September 10th to October 5th. Students who do not come to an orientation will not be permitted access to the weight room after afterschool. Please note the weight room will not be available for use for the general student body till after October 5th.
