Garden Club will meet today
with Green Team to build garden boxes for our school's garden. We are getting
ready for the next years growing season. Come one, Come all! Room D-5 after
school.
The following college
rep will be visiting IHS today: SUNY
Oneonta at 1:00 p.m. If you’d like to meet with this rep, please pick up a pass
from the College and Career Office.
Attention all Seniors, Senior portraits are due November 1st. Please
make sure to get them in if you do not want your life touch photo
used. Yearbook club will not be accepting late portraits. Go visit
IHS annual on Facebook or Twitter for more information on how
to upload your photo. Only 5 days left!
Flappers and Dappers Masquerade Ball will be held on Saturday, November
1st from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the Ithaca YMCA. Hosted by Tompkins
County Gender Equity Groups. All high school aged students are welcome to
attend. Suggested donation of $7. Check the SWIS Facebook page for more
details.
Freshmen: Would you like to run for class office? You can run for
president, vice-president, secretary or treasurer. If interested, there will be
a meeting this Thursday, after school, in H-Courtyard. This is a mandatory
meeting if you’d like to run. Please see Mr. Mellander in B-3 or H-122 with questions.
