Go visit IHS annual on Facebook or Twitter for more information on how to upload your photo. Only 2 days left!

Freshmen: Would you like to run for class office? You can run for president, vice-president, secretary or treasurer. If interested, there will be a meeting today, after school, in H-Courtyard. This is a mandatory meeting if you’d like to run. Please see Mr. Mellander  in B-3 or H-122 with questions.

Tryouts for the JV and Varsity girls’ basketball team will begin Monday, November 3rd from 4-6 in the new gym. Please make sure you have turned in all necessary paperwork to the medical office in order to tryout. Please see Coach Valletta in room K-103 or G-205 if you have any questions.

What do fish, physics, acoustics, oceanography, and conservation have to do with each other? Stop by to learn a little science from one of the worlds’ expert’s on the oceans. Join us for Conversations with a Scientist tonight in H-Courtyard from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Be part of something great! Come to African Latino Club today at 3:45 in D-5.

Do you like to play improv games and have fun? Come to Improv Club after school today in H-217. There will be food.

Did you enjoy Legally Blonde last year? Do you want to get in on the action? Auditions for this year's musical Catch Me If You Can are coming up soon. Based on the 2002 movie starring Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio, with exciting music by the composer who wrote Hairspray, Catch Me If You Can is a biographical crime drama based on the life of Frank Abagnale, who, before his 19th birthday, successfully performed cons worth millions of dollars by posing as a Pan American pilot, a Georgia doctor, and a Louisiana prosecutor. If you are interested in auditioning, bring a parent or guardian to one of two informational meetings on either Wednesday November 12th or Thursday November 13th from 7:00-8:30 in the chorus room in “A” building. Check out the flyers around school for more details. We are always looking for new talent, so even if you've never been on stage before, come check it out!

Friday is Halloween! Please remember that the IHS dress code still applies. No masks may be worn and the face must be visible. The complete dress code can be viewed in the Student Handbook. Thanks for your cooperation!

Are you interested in getting involved with the community? Come to Key Club! We meet in H-206 this afternoon. There’ll be food.
